Elm updated a period building accommodating the school’s Principal ship, teaching and office staff as well as providing new furniture and storage for Springfield’s 500 plus students.
The Springfield Academy is unique in that it supports boys that have had a difficult upbringing in challenging circumstances. The school has an ethos of working with local business and following research they contacted Elm Workspace.
Springfield’s Principal, Trystan Williams is delighted with the final result from Elm. ‘We were advised by Elm to take a look at other academies, and the whole process started from there. There was open conversation and open dialogue, with plenty of recommendations and ideas. Looking back I enjoyed the whole experience of the build and furniture fit-out.’ Said Mr Williams.
In the future Mr Williams looks forward to growing the school and with the addition of new office and educational furniture the learning environment is enhanced.
Elm is proud to have produced such a positive environment and look forward to working with the school in 2013 to help them achieve their new learning environment.
