This project demonstrates our ability to not only finance a three million pound project, but also to project manage a fast track and comprehensive fit out and furniture supply.
The building comprised of 60,000 sq ft of office space over four floors which included gym, cafe, full professional kitchen, reception, comms rooms and full air handling system.
After the main installation more than 350 workstations were installed and a comprehensive audio visual system complemented more than 30 meeting and quiet rooms all finished in full height glass and full height glass doors.
