For this project, we developed a comprehensive design and layout to maximise the use of space across three floors while creating a contemporary and inviting atmosphere. We achieved this by incorporating flexible working options like height-adjustable desks and acoustic pods for focused work, as well as biophilic design elements like live moss wall panels.

We worked with the School Head and Business Manager at Haberdasher’s Knights Academy to create a modern, vibrant space with distinct areas for collaboration and social study, and a quiet area for students to fully focus on revising and homework. The Passmore Centre was a new business and networking hub for the university, which required a variety of flexible space for both mentoring and teaching. Our proposals sought to retain as much of the original building, an original Grade listed former library, as possible, complementing the architect's design but also providing the functionality required by end users.

How much does an office design cost?

There’s no set cost for an office fit-out as many factors influence the final price.
If you’d like to know how much it would cost to have your office fitted out by us, get in touch today – we’d love to chat and explore your options.

How long does the design stage take?

With a fit-out, we start from scratch. This could be in an entirely new space, or in an existing one where we’ve stripped everything out for a complete refresh.

Office refurbishment, on the other hand, focuses on an existing space that needs updating. We may not take everything out, and instead rework what you’ve got. Compared to a complete office fit-out, this might involve moving furniture around, redecorating, and improving the overall feel of the space without starting from zero.

What does your office design process involve?

Yes, we do. If you prefer, we can design and plan your office space for you to bring to life yourself. While our design service is complimentary when you complete the project with us, we can provide it as a paid service if you’d like to handle the fit-out independently.

Areas we cover

We’re based in Melksham, Wiltshire, and complete commercial fit out and refurbishment projects across the UK for larger schemes. For smaller projects, we typically work across the southern half of the country, from Birmingham down to Devon and across to London.
