Project Overview:

Following the successful completion of Phase 1, we were invited to design and deliver Phase 2 of this dynamic workplace transformation. The brief was clear: create a functional, ergonomic, and aesthetically inspiring environment that would elevate the employee experience while promoting productivity, collaboration, and wellbeing.

Scope of Works:
Phase 2 included a diverse range of spaces, each tailored to meet specific user needs while maintaining a cohesive design language throughout:

  • Reception / Waiting Area: A welcoming space with soft furnishings.
  • Open Plan Office: Featuring height-adjustable desking and ergonomic task chairs, the open-plan zone promotes health, comfort, and flexibility in daily working routines.
  • Meeting & Board Rooms: Designed to impress and perform, the boardroom was fitted with a statement table and matching credenzas and finished with acoustic treatments to ensure privacy and sound quality.
  • Private Offices: Managerial spaces were outfitted with high-quality desking, ergonomic seating to enhance focus and organisation.
  • Breakout / Staff Wellbeing Areas: Designed with employee wellness in mind, this zone includes a combination of soft seating, dining tables, and poseur-height tables. A variety of chairs and stools provide flexible seating options for informal meetings or downtime.
  • Storage Solutions: Strategically placed to enhance functionality and visual flow, including some units that serve as spatial dividers to introduce a degree of privacy without closing off areas.
  • Acoustic Enhancements: The space features living moss panels, timber slat walls, and acoustic wall panels to reduce noise and create a calming, natural ambiance.
  • Phone Pods: High-spec pods with excellent acoustic ratings were installed, each fitted with a smart signal system to clearly indicate occupancy.

Execution:
The full fit-out – including delivery, installation, and final dressing – was completed in just 4 working days. Thanks to meticulous planning, trusted supplier relationships, and experienced install teams, we ensured minimal disruption to the client’s operations and delivered on time and on brief.

Results:
The new space strikes the perfect balance between functionality and style. Staff now benefit from ergonomic, thoughtfully zoned workspaces and a variety of areas to support collaboration, focus, and wellbeing. The positive feedback from employees and visitors alike highlights the project’s success.
