For this project, we developed a comprehensive design and layout to maximise the use of space across three floors while creating a contemporary and inviting atmosphere. We achieved this by incorporating flexible working options like height-adjustable desks and acoustic pods for focused work, as well as biophilic design elements like live moss wall panels.

We worked with the School Head and Business Manager at Haberdasher’s Knights Academy to create a modern, vibrant space with distinct areas for collaboration and social study, and a quiet area for students to fully focus on revising and homework. What’s the difference between a fit out and a refurbishment?

With a fit out we usually start from scratch, either in a brand-new space or in an existing one we’ve stripped back for a complete refresh. A refurbishment focuses on an existing space that needs updating, where we often rework what you already have, moving furniture, redecorating and improving the overall feel without starting from zero.

How much does a commercial office fit out cost?

Yes. We can design and plan your space for you to bring to life yourself. Our design service is complimentary when you complete the project with us, and available as a paid service if you’d prefer to handle the fit out independently.
