Brief
We listen; The first part of the design journey and one of the most important parts, is understanding your requirements.
Plan
Space Utilisation; Once we have gathered and absorbed the brief details, the drawing begins!
Design
Now that step 1 and 2 are complete the real magic begins. A final layout is agreed with recommended products and a colour scheme.
Installation

How much does it cost to have an office refurbished?
There’s no set cost for office refurbishment. A few factors that dictate our prices include:
- Size of space
- Materials required

- Removal of existing furniture and fittings
Projects we’ve undertaken have ranged anywhere from £5000 to £1.6 million, with the most common cost around £150,000.

How long do your refurbishments take?
Each and every project is different. We work hard to deliver our projects with as little disruption to your business as possible. Where we can, we’ll work around you, including in the evenings, at weekends and more. You won’t need to move out while we do the work.
Do you offer just the design and planning of office spaces?
Yes, we do. We offer an office design and planning service as well as our complete refurbishment service, so you can just design and plan your space if that’s all you require. You can then take this away and arrange your project as you wish.

What does your office refurbishment service consist of?
Our office refurbishment service consists of everything needed to transform your workspace from start to finish. There are two sides to our refurbishment service:
- Complete renovation – Stripping your space back and fitting from the ground up
- Updating your space – Refreshing current space, improving functionality and aesthetics
The process starts with us listening to what you need, drawing up a plan, and coming up with a design. Once the design has been agreed, we’ll move on to the installation.
Where do you complete refurbishments?
We can complete refurbishments across the UK for larger projects. Smaller projects however, we typically only take on if they are in the southern half of the country, from Birmingham down to Devon.
