We were thrilled to support our client’s relocation to their new building by providing a comprehensive service that ensured every space was designed and equipped to meet their needs. Through collaborative efforts, including both virtual and face-to-face meetings, we:
- Conducted detailed space planning across all areas.
- Specified products tailored to functionality and design preferences.
- Provided guidance on colour schemes for a cohesive aesthetic.
- Managed the installation of furniture across two floors.
Project Scope
The project encompassed a variety of areas, each requiring a unique approach:
- Offices: Designed with ergonomic Task Chairs, Desking, Storage, Visitor Chairs, and Meeting Tables to promote productivity and comfort.
- Informal Workspace: Furnished with Soft Seating and Coffee Tables to encourage relaxed collaboration.
- Display Room: Installed elegant lit Glass Display Cabinets to showcase products effectively.
- Lobby/Waiting Area: Featured inviting Soft Seating and a Height Adjustable Table to cater to visitors and staff alike.
- Community Rooms:
- Equipped with Tilt-Top Tables and Stacking Chairs for versatility.
- Designed with three adaptable layout styles (Auditorium, Group Working, Meeting) for maximum functionality.
- Integrated storage solutions, optimizing the use of storerooms to accommodate furniture when not in use.
Results
