The riverside building on the corner with Tidmarsh Lane has been renovated by its owner Nuffield College, which has agreed a new lease with the University.
Nuffield continues to take responsibility for upkeep of the physical fabric of the building but the facilities are managed for Sociology by the Facilities Management team within Estates Services. The Asset Management team were closely involved with negotiating the lease on the department’s behalf.
Elm Workspace worked closely with the project Managers TMD and the dept to help select the appropriate products, colours and finishes to compliment the internal design. Elm provided space plans and 3D visuals to help with product selections, colours and fabric finishes.
